Critique of Abstract Macro Photo with pattern/repetition
My group chose this photo because of the use of line and focus. Clear lines go through the entire image taking the viewer’s eye through the photo. The focus illustrates the variations of color in the photo, and the actual lines guide the views eye. This photo is hard to recognize and is a perfect example of an abstract image. The way the subject fills the frame highlights the smooth texture but shows the pattern in the lines.
