Photogram Process and Product Reflection Tues, 11/1/16

1. How did your group decide which objects to create the photograms with?

We find random stuff outside with interesting patterns and shapes. We mostly found plants that showed different lines.

2. Describe how your photograms illustrate dominant positive space and dominant

negative space?

We tried to cover our first piece of paper with as many subjects as we could. This replaced most of the negative space with positive space. For our second piece of paper, we only added a couple subjects so that most of the space on the paper was negative.

3. If you had to choose one photogram that was the strongest which one would it be and why?

The first photogram is stronger because it has a better demonstration of negative space. The darker blue adds more of a contrast with the white subjects. Each line is more distinct which makes the image pleasing to look at.
